Every enabled custom hider is global and applies to all display and window captures; there is no per-source or per-application scope. Blotti masks the whole regex match within each individual text region recognised by Vision, even when the pattern contains capture groups. It cannot match text Vision does not recognise or combine text split across separate OCR regions.
Rules and their enabled state are saved only in the local app container. Tester text is evaluated on the Mac and is not saved or sent to a backend. Avoid putting real secrets in a rule when a generalised pattern will work. If Pro access expires, you can still disable or delete saved hiders so Free protection can resume.
The Blotti paywall includes Restore Purchases and Manage Subscription actions. The plans must first be configured in App Store Connect and tested with StoreKit, the App Store sandbox, and TestFlight. No live subscription is available while the product is in development.
Apple is the billing provider for version 1. Blotti does not ask for a card number, password, licence key, or Stripe payment for the Mac App Store build.
Submit a billing or refund request through Apple’s Report a Problem service. If Blotti is faulty or does not work as described, also email support@blotti.ai so we can investigate the product issue. These routes do not limit any statutory rights or remedies.
Support is coordinated by Alvis Kalarikkan. Email support@blotti.ai. Include the Blotti version, macOS version, Mac model, source type, expected behaviour, and smallest safe reproduction.
Do not send raw screen captures, customer records, credentials, payment details, access tokens, or other secrets. Redact or replace private values before attaching logs or examples.
