The product
Blotti is a native macOS application for reducing accidental disclosure during screen sharing. You choose a display or application window as the source, inspect the protected Blotti Share preview, and share only that separate window with your meeting application.
It can mask supported personal information and credential patterns, exclude selected applications or windows, hide known macOS notification surfaces during display capture, and cover all text that Apple Vision recognises when Strict mode is enabled.

How screen content is handled
Version 1 uses Apple ScreenCaptureKit to receive the source you select and Apple Vision to recognise text. Screen frames, recognised text, and detected values are processed in memory on the Mac. Blotti does not operate a screen-content or account backend and does not include usage analytics, advertising, or remote crash reporting.
Protection boundaries
Blotti reduces disclosure risk; it does not guarantee that every secret will be found. OCR and pattern detection can miss content, and alerts drawn inside a captured application remain part of that application’s pixels. Review the protected preview before and during a sensitive meeting, and never share the original source or entire desktop when relying on Blotti.
